Systems of water disinfection OXI

OXI Systems are successfully applied in 20 countries of the world (including such, as: the USA, Canada, Brazil, Mexico, Russia, Ukraine, etc.) for disinfection drinking and sewage, water of pools, for destruction of fungi and seaweed in big reservoirs and sediment bowls. In particular, these installations are maintained in city Borden Town (New Jersey), Seneca Falls (New York), Tennessee State University, Knoxville (Tennessee) the USA, operational services Panama Channel (an aggregate number of 3500 persons), hotels in Acapulco in Mexico, Rio de Janeiro in Brazil, in system of water channels of Saratov and Tyumen (Russia) and Slavutich (Ukraine).

OXI Systems have passed tests in the USA under the Program of check of ecological technologies (Environmental Technology Verification Program). Their reliability and quality are confirmed by certificates of such organizations, as: NSF International and U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, EPA (the American Agency on environment protection). The world organization of public health services (CART) has appropriated NSF status of the international organization under the name the World Centre of Safety and Potable Water Cleaning. Standards NSF International is considered as one of the most rigid in the world.

The supplied OXI units have several modifications vary in performance, which depends on the amount of produced oxidant gas. For example, 0XI-2 cm unit with a minimal performance of treated water from 150 to 450 m3 per day is able to provide high quality water from 300 to 900 people. OXI-60 cm, consequently - from 15 to 55 thousand people. The table shows the characteristics of standard models.

The circuit connection of OXI units.

Systems OXI-CM it is delivered completely ready to installation and connection. For their installation it is necessary to provide following conditions:

To allocate a place under installation by the area not less than 6 м2 (2,5 х 2,5) for СМ-2.

It is necessary to submit to an installation zone electricity 220 В + - 5 %.

To organize a water supply in a salt tank of installation under the pressure of not less than 4 atmospheres or to establish the pump with throughput 2.5 м3 waters at an o'clock for a fence of water from an available source.

To organize compulsory exhaust ventilation of hydrogen from a cathode tank.

The round-the-clock temperature indoors should be in limits from +6 to + 40С.

In more details requirements to installation are coordinated at a project development cycle. Installation, connection and automatics adjustment, and also training of the personnel of the customer of operation of installations, are carried out by experts of the enterprise.

Routine maintenance of units OXI very simple. Into it enters: preparation of a hydrochloric solution and cleaning of a membrane by water.

Service is made by the company UC&EGroup, Ltd.(Universal Consulting and Export Group, Ltd.) and its regional partners.

Guarantee period on anode-cathode group of the reactor is 10 years. Guarantee period on the rest equipment and a membrane -12 months or 24 months from the date of purchase and till the installation moment (at observance of all requirements of the manufacturer to operation of installations).

Prices for installation vary depending on configuration (manual or automatic control) as well as on conditions of purchase. For example, OXI-2 today stands between 12 and 18 thousand United States dollars.
